Above is our Beachfront building with beautiful views of rich tide pools, Kachemak Bay, and the Kenai Mountains.  The Terrace and Hillside rooms have a similar view of the Bay and mountains.

All the rooms have a microwave, fridge, dining table with chairs, coffee, cable TV, free WiFi and private bathrooms. 

The Beachfront and Terrace buildings are both modern construction while the Hillside and Kitchenette buildings are recently renovated. All rooms are non-smoking and due to guest allergies, no pets are allowed. The age for senior room rates is sixty. The Beachfront and Terrace buildings have HAC rooms.

Beachfront rooms: The rooms sit fifty feet from the bluff that goes down to a private beach. You'll have a wonderful view of the bay, mountains, and glaciers across the bay. The rooms have seven foot picture windows, balconies and two queen-sized beds. There's a nice path that gives you access to our beautiful beach.

Beachfront lower rooms: These rooms are identical to our Beachfront rooms with lanais/porches that lead right off to the beach. They are accessible from a gravel path that takes you around to the front, ocean side, of the Beachfront building where you enter the room.

Terrace rooms: Our Terrace building sits higher on the property, so you look over the Beachfront rooms, and still have a great view of the bay, mountains and glaciers. These rooms are identical to the Beachfront rooms.

Hillside rooms: These rooms sit farthest back and are terraced, overlooking the other buildings and the office, and you still have a panoramic view of the bay, mountains and glaciers. These rooms have one queen bed and one single bed. They have a private balcony with sliding glass doors.

Kitchenettes: Our Kitchenette rooms are in a newly remodeled building and have a partial view of the bay, mountains and glaciers. They have one queen bed and one single bed, and a small kitchenette with a four burner stove, oven, dishes, pans, and dining utensils for four. They do not have balconies.
